great view over Lake Lugano and the city of Lugano. You must book a room with balcony and view, it is worth it. The rooms are very comfortable and big. Walking downhill to the city center takes about 50 minutes, 20 minutes by bus.
GermanyRoom view was very nice to lugano lake, and the hotel provides you with bus ticket to move within lugano easily and no need to worry regarding the parking.
United Arab EmiratesThe room was perfectly sized for 3 people (2 adults, one teen). The view was amazing and the balcony with the table and chairs was just charming. The beds were super comfortable. I know a lot of people mentioned that the rooms are "older style" but i actually love this about mountain hotels. What i really liked was how quiet it was. We all got a really good sleep, which is super important. The staff was really nice - they mostly speak italian, but thats ok - they used as much english and we used as much italian as we could and everything was fine. Dinner was great - really really filling. Breakfast was also really good. The dining area again has amazing views and was a pleasure to eat there. The pool was so nice.

SwitzerlandVery nice hotel, location with amazing view, the staff was super friendly. There is the swimming pool across the road, was super during the hot days. The room was a bit dated, but clean, very quite to sleep. The bus to the city centre goes every half an hour till midnight.
