Pease note that when booking 5 rooms or more, we will request a 50% of the stay payment 48 hours after the booking date. The special cancellation policies for 5 rooms or more are 30 days prior to arrival.
Also, if the guest doesn't pay the 50% of the stay, the booking might be canceled by the hotel.

Nevertheless, we want to emphasize that guide dogs are an exception to this rule and are always welcome in our dining areas to ensure their mobility in complete safety.
