I have been in many hotels around the world, but friendlyness of staff in the Eiger is really outstanding. Great breakfast buffet with many local products, and with view to the mountains. Eiger is located very central in Grindelwald, room spacy and clean, with free minibar.

Everything was so perfect! It was exceptional. The price is cheaper than other 4-starts hotel with complete facilities and elegant design compares to other hotel. The room was super comforting, the gym was so nice, there were so may extra such as mini bar, swimming pool access from the sport centrum, and the food was also amazing! Not to mention the staffs were soooo friendly. We got free bus access around the city too for our stay period. And also discount for eating in their phenomenal restaurant. Will definitely come back and repeat the order.

Hospitality at its finest! I’ve been to a couple of hotels during my visit in Switzerland and by far, they have the best staff especially Melanie (reception), Gabriela(spa), Linda and the other lady at the restaurant for breakfast. 😊 Facilities are good, loved the blossom spa. Too bad I wasn’t able to try cakes and coffee in the afternoon, hopefully when I come back!

It was right in center of town. close enough to train station and everything else. They picked us up from train station, even though it was close, which was nice with luggage. Our room had windows that faced the sunset so got a bit warm. The first morning they asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. I asked for a fan and in no time I had a fan! They were so nice and helpful and the room was large and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great as well. would definitely stay here again.
