Cozy room and new furniture Complete facility in wellness area. The staff are very friendly and helpful Unfortunately we had only one stay due to tight journey plan. It would definitely be turning back choice.

The staff were very helpful from the minute we booked until the very end when they arranged for our luggage to meet us later at the station so we could still enjoy some more sightseeing after we checked out. The room was fantastic as well as the breakfast they set up in our room every morning. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and this wonderful place.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us with a taxi on the day of our check-out. The hotel is around a 10 - 15 minute walk from the train station / highstreet. Breakfast is served via room service and was great. A good selection to choose from for breakfast. The facilities at Firefly were fantastic, a kitchenette within the room allowed us to cook our own meals which kept some costs down. The spa and gym were all great - the swimming pool had a fantastic mountain view and has been maintained to a good level. Views from our room were beautiful from morning until dusk. We would definitely return.

The staff was amazing to begin with, check in was smooth and quick, we were alloted rooms prior to checkin time. The Garden suite/ room was beyond expectations and so was the breakfast. The attention to details - baby chairs, pantry and kichnette was spot on. We made lovely memories as a family !! The facilties were great too, we tried the pool, the jacuzzi and the massage. I have to give a shout out to Matilda who accommodated me for a last minute massage appointment. I would highly recommend the hot stone massage.

Everything about this hotel is perfect - from arrival when the staff show you around the spa and your room, during the stay when you are surrounded by luxury, and even on departure when we were unexpectedly offered use of the showers when we returned to pick up our bags after a hike. The rooms are comfy and stylish and even have a spare backpack you can use for adventures, the spa is generously equipped, the bar offers a very wide gin and games selection, and the whole vibe is fun and relaxing.

Beautiful property- spacious suite stylishly decorated and with everything you could need provided, even a backpack for outings. The location is good , just a short walk to the Matterhorn express ski lift and 10 minutes to downtown shops and restaurants. The facilities were amazing- a full gym, pool and several saunas and steam rooms for recovering from our days skiing. The staff were so helpful, making reservations for dinner and servicing our suite so beautifully daily. It was such a pleasure to come back to a perfectly made up room each day. I was told about this hotel by friends several years ago and finally got to come here after years of being unable to travel due to Covid (from Australia). It was worth the wait.
