Staff, Room for 4 was comfortable with Balcony as a bonus. Great views and well maintained property. Complimentary shuttle from train station, courteous staff and excellent breakfast included.

I loved this location. The staff was very kind and friendly. I was very appreciative of their efforts. The breakfast selection was incredibly varied and the options were very fresh. I looked forward to breakfast every day, and was sad that I missed it my departure date. The restaurant/bar was quite lovely. I would point out to American travelers, that it is considered highly unusual for women to sit alone at a bar in Switzerland. That being said, I don't like sitting alone at a table, so I did it anyway.

We loved the location - very convenient to walking in town. We also loved the friendly staff, who did everything they could to make us comfortable. My wife woke up after the first night with back pain. The mattress is very firm and she is also pregnant. The staff quickly arranged for a softer mattress top to be put on the bed, which really helped. Also, we had breakfast included in our stay and it was excellent.

We’ve booked a family room and the sofa was not that comfortable, they helped us and made it much more comfortable. Thank you staff!! The breakfast was amazing, the refurbished rooms were also so chic. everything was clean and the hotel was relaxing.
