Saudi ArabiaOne of the best hotels that I stayed at during my 2022 visit to Switzerland. The facilities are top notch and what has made the difference to me here is the room air conditioning. I suffered a lot during my trip with high temperatures weather and most hotels are not equipped with effective A/C to vent off the heat. At this hotel the story is different and finally we could sleep the night with cooling air and closed windows. On top of that, the amiability and hospitality of the hotel staff is something to remember. They would go to the very ends to ensure a memorable experience to their hotel residents. Please do yourself a favor and grab a drink & enjoy the live music that is held at the hotel restaurant.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Barbara, the concierge was incredibly helpful to us and a pleasure to deal with. Karim was our server for several breakfasts as well as dinner at Al Barilotto. Karim was excellent, very attentive and a pleasure to have as our server. Rooms were clean and we were happy to find several wall hooks in the room to help us stay neat and organized. Pool was clean. Music in the evenings was delightful. 😃😃😃 In summary, we loved our stay at your hotel.

The reception and the guest services (Barbra) made our stay amazing, she took care of us and especially our two year old son who really loved Barbra’s lovely chats and perks! Definitely coming back..
BahrainThe Hotel is in a perfect location . You can get to other villages by ferry or train or bus. Breakfast was excellent as well as the staff serving. The rooms and entire hotel were very clean and beautiful. Our room had a balcony with a lake view. We loved it here so much we decided to have dinner in our room. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We will stay longer next time, more than 2 days.
