Klaus was perfect host. Very polite and gem of a person. The room was neat with an excellent view of the flowing river and flying cable car seen from the window next to the bed. The shower and bathroom was neat. The towels were fresh. Klaus provided excellent treatment to me and my family and ran an extra mile to provide us special cakes for breakfast and dinner & additional unexpected drop off in his own car for us to the train station. WORTH EVERY CENT!

It is a simple quiet hostel a bit far from city center but bus to the railway station scheduled every 10 munutes. Breakfast is basic. Staff was very friendly and helpful and advise me where to eat in the evening.

The staffs are really nice.Klaus even offered to drive me to the train station in early morning to catch a train. It’s good for long-stay and people who love ski. The signalbahn pitsch is next to the hostel and the hallenbad is about 5-10 minutes walk. Bus station is nearby.

He is such an amazingly kind, helpful, generous, goes above-and-beyond to ensure his guests enjoy their time in the area host. He helped plan our daily activities, recommended the best transportation options, and even prepared a hot chocolate for the children one night when most restaurants in town were closed. Truly a kind soul that made an otherwise, ordinary weekend getaway a memorable one. Oh, and the coffee at breakfast is really delicious - locally roasted, freshly ground and with the Swiss water...really hits the spot.
