I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy. stuff are very helpful. The train from the hotel to main train station only 1 minute walking no need to take taxi. the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. if I come to visit Lugano next time I will book this hotel.
Saudi ArabiaLocated right in the centre. 3 minutes walk and you are at the lake. If you are traveling by train: funicular stop is at the train station up the hill and next to the hotel entrance down the hill (1,5 minutes ride). If you are fit, you roll / climb the stairs. Very clean room and premises in general. Super friendly staff. Basic amenities. Complimentary bottle of water and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast: enough choice to start into the day. Very good coffee. Try that freshly made dark bread!

Taiwan- The location is perfect. It's close to Lugano main train station but you have to take a funicular up to the station with the cost that is for free if you have Swiss travel pass. The location is also easy to go in to the city area, the park, the lake, the shopping center. - Lugano, itself is quite more impressive than I expected. It is a lively city. The supermarket such as Manor food is open until late at night unlike other cities in Switzerland that everything close within 6-7:00 PM, They are also many restaurants not far from the hotel usually Italian food. - The area around the hotel is safe even late at night (we stayed in Summer time). - private large bathroom - good wifi, nice staffs - has air-conditioner (very important for summer) - has refridgerator

United States of AmericaThe hotel is near many restaurants, shops, etc. Not for from the main transportation stations and close to the funiculare that carries you up and down the city. The hotel also provides a free city transportation card that can be used for free transportation around the city, discounts at shops and museums, and more. Breakfast is pretty good. Simple yogurts, fruits, ham, cheese, breads, etc. Also provided a safety kits to guests (hand gel, masks, sanitation Wipes, etc)!
