My name is Michael Lucas, Tatyana is my wife, we came to the hotel from Miami to celebrate a New Year's Eve 2023. We had an unbelievable time. Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. Rooftop bar is lovely with a great view over the lake. The rooms are clean and well appointed. It is a shame more of them don’t have balconies. Good selection at breakfast, nice to be able to sit next to the lake.

We got one of the last available rooms. The view was towards the city and not the lake, but anyhow to room was comfortable clean and offered enough space. We appreciated the coffee machine and the comfortable beds. The roof top bar is spectacular. We have arrived (by motorbike) before the regular checkin time, so our room was not yet ready. We really appreciated the offer to change clothes and store it with our luggage in a locker room. The staff was super friendly despite the fact that the hotel was very busy that weekend.

The location is excellent. Very central, everything accessible on foot. The views are exceptional being right on the lake. Waves rooftop bar really on a world scale of incredible! Staff very friendly and professional.

Professionell and friendly staff from reception to cleaning staff. Breakfast was good but could have instead of 2 different breakfast sausages a nice steamed or sauté vegetables. Otherwise the selection on the breakfast buffet was very good. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and as a nice surprise we got a room with a small balcony overlooking the harbor and lake, and the shower was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily walk to the shops or take away food places, access all the ships and public transport. Inside the hotel Everything is easy accessible with wheelchairs or walking aids. The WiFi was perfect. Next time we go to Neuchatel, we stay again at this hotel.

Very nicely positioned hotel with a fantastic view on Lake Neuchatel, the waves rooftop bar is the perfect spot for a nice evening drink. We had a lake view room which was decently sized and had a lovely balcony with an outdoor seating area, great feature.
