Staff was really kind. Hostel is nice and clean, rooms are comfortable. Price for Zurich is great. Not far from the lake and a nice park. Supermarket 5 minutes on foot, in front of a bus stop and not far from boats and trains.

ItalyHostel with great and very modern facilities and within walkable distance to city center. Super helpful staff ready to assist with everything really. You can also borrow Swiss adapter to charge your devices (no fee). Spacious and always clean bathrooms. Breakfast is rather basic but ok for short stays. My dorm had 2 rooms, one with beds and another one with lockers and sinks so you don't bother others that much.

BrazilThe breakfast was a good selection, nice juices, continental style, location was good, a twenty minute walk to the Hurlimann thermal bath and spa. The hostel was comfortable and had lockers in the room. I used it as a base so I could take a train to Lucerne and Basel, into Zurich and a tour to Grindelwald and Interlaken.
