Location was perfect! so walkable to everything and the rooms were spacious and clean. was able to do laundry right on premise for a small fee. staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!

Location is just prefect. Everything was as shown in the booking pictures. Room is comfortable and it’ll be only a 10min walk to get to Bern’s main station or most of the tourist places.

The hotel is located quite close to main train station, and it's walkable in 7-10mins. The reception was pretty straight forward and the staff were very kind in letting me come earlier before the check-in to leave my bags in a key locker. Ms Laura kindly shared city information and was very professional and cordial, which made it welcoming and pleasant. The room is decently sized for a single, the mattress was firm and comfortable. The toilet and shower were very clean. The inside milieu and decor were modern and had a calm setting. The breakfast time was until 11am, which is great, and the coffee machine was wonderful. Overall the experience was good, shall recommend the hotel for short stays in Bern city center.
