Family-run since several generations, the Hotel La Vallée in Lourtier offers you a cozy mountain-style ambiance. The famous ski region of Verbier with more than 100 ski elevators and 249 mi of ski slopes is located a 10-minute drive away. Every morning a rich buffet breakfast is served including home-made jam, rye bread, local cheese, croissants, eggs, cereals, cold cuts and much more. Characteristic Swiss specialties like Raclette, Fondue and flambéed fillet of the beef are served in the restaurant. Wireless internet is available free of charge. A hammam, a sauna, a steam room an outdoor whirlpool and massage treatments are available. Apart from skiing in Verbier you can embark on ski tours, go cross country skiing and in summer the area is great for hiking and mountain biking. The Hotel La Vallée is the only hotel in the Valais canton which has its own helicopter landing site. Thus you can enjoy sightseeing flights, heli-skiing and ice climbing right from your doorstep. You can park your car for free on site.
