SwitzerlandThe location where the hotel is situated has to be one of the best spots. The train station is literally behind the street of the back of the hotel, so close and convenient if you’re traveling by train. You’re also right in front of the lake, which makes for easy access and you can enjoy a bike ride around the city with the free bike rentals the hotel provides! Our housekeeper, Linda, was amazing. She’s super attentive and friendly. The reception and servers were also just as kind and helpful when asked any questions. Shoutout to Luigi, Erica,and Kamel (hopefully I remembered the names correctly.) The roof top terrace had the best view of Lago Maggiore and even better than the room view. During checkout, we received a little parting gift and it was a nice thoughtful surprise, thank you Hotel Lago Maggiore team !!!

SwitzerlandRooms were large and comfortable, with a huge and well-equipped bathroom. Excellent breakfast in a really nice, open space - with possibility to eat outside on the terrace facing the lake. I could not fault this hotel. It had only opened 10 days before we arrived, and it's still during the strange Covid period - but all staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.
