SwitzerlandMy room (and en-suite) was very clean and comfortable. The Rooms are located in Levels, 1, 2 and 3 but the Lift enables easy access to all. The breakfast had a good choice that would suit most people and the hotel bar is very popular with many of the Locals.
United KingdomCentral location close to old town, restaurants, and the train station. From the outside the hotel looks run down but it is fairly modern and in good condition inside. We didn't take breakfast due to an early start but it was offered at a small extra charge.

ChileThe personal was friendly, quick and efficient. The room was clean, with a super comfy bed. The position is great, near the center but easy to access. We even found cheap parking close by, which is not easy in Switzerland. I really suggest the hamburger place under the hotel as well.
