Perfect location. Near train station, Staubbach Waterfall, Coop supermarket, laundromat, etc. Room was spacious and clean, and the balcony overlooked the beautiful scenery and mountain view facing the hotel. And the staff were friendly too.

Staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. We booked one night but then decided to stay for another night- receptionist was very understanding and managed to keep us in the same room for additional night which means that we didn't have to pack our staff in the morning to check back in later on. Location was absolutely perfect - beautiful view for the most famous waterfall. Close walk to the train station, shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included in the price and was good (nothing outstanding but we couldn't fault it either). We had food in the restaurant downstairs twice and it was very tasty and filling- definitely good quality for the money. One waitress was exceptionally nice and advised us on some choices. We booked our carpark as well which is very handy. They also had a hairdryer available and extra pillows for comfort. We would definitely stay again.

    ALL our rooms are normal hotel rooms therefore of course all have sheets, towels etc included. All our rooms have their own private bathrooms.
