Enjoy your family holiday at our place. Our spacious, newly renovated apartment is situated right opposite the Alpin Express cable car. Supermarkets are 3 minutes away, while restaurants and village center are reachable with a 5-minute walk. The apartment is at the ground floor of the building, offering easy access to the garden surrounding the house. The 100m are well distributed to host 8 people: 1. One bedroom, with queen bed, having en-suite bathroom, with bath tub; 2. One bedroom, with queen bed; 3. One bedroom with 2 bunk-beds of 90x190 (sleeps 4); 4. One bathroom with shower; 5. Living room with dining area and high-bar place; 6. Kitchen. In the living room you have a large flat screen HD TV, an electric fireplace and a large sofa. The dining table seats 6 adults comfortably. Additional chairs are available should you need them for a group of 8. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, raclette set, fondue set. Access is by lockbox, you are completely independent to checkin/ checkout. You have access to the entire apartment and to the basement of the building, where you have the ski room to keep your ski equipment. You can use the building’s common washing room to dry your clothes after a day on the slopes, or to wash and dry clothes. We keep our apartment shoe-free, to enjoy a cleaner air inside. During your stay, please leave your shoes outside the apartment in the trays placed next to the door. Final cleaning is included for your stay. The Saas Fee village charges a mandatory Tourist Tax on all guests: - For winter (November to May): CHF 2.50 per adult; CHF1.25 for children 6-16yo; - For summer (June to October): CHF 3.50 per adult; CHF1.75 for children 6-16yo. This fee is not included in the total price, and can be paid in cash before your departure. We will require all guest information prior to your arrival, to register you with the tourist office and issue the Saastal cards.
