Collecting the keys was seamless and very straight forward. Marco always kept in touch with us and was very accommodating. He was very attentive to all our needs and exceeded every request. We become great friends and are still in touch with Marco and his beautiful family. One thing for sure, River Residence will always be our go to spot when we visit Switzerland. Perfect location, close to centre, station and thermal springs, right above a couple of really great cafes and yet close to mountains, next door to the river. Everything was perfect in terms of amenities, clean, and modern. Marco was super helpful and accessible even before we arrived, throughout our stay there and even after we checked out.

Check in procedure was very efficient! Very nice welcoming Fresh Ice Tea, Fruits and Muffins. Very friendly host always available for questions. Even opened the door remotely when I looked myself out ! Perfect for Families. Fantastic restaurants just outside the front door. The refurbished and amazing Baden Thermal Springs just 2 minutes away. Great sized apartment. Clean. Great kitchen. Nice balcony.

The host (Marco) was extremely kind and resourceful in information. There was even a small bottle of bubbly and some delicious strawberries waiting for us in the room!!! Everything in the room and bathroom is of very high quality standards. Very comfortable bed and pillows... perfectly clean... nothing more to wish for... Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance!!

River Residence is located just next to the new Wellness Thermal bath and just a few steps away from Limmat, the river that crosses the city. One can enjoy a lovely walk along the river promenade and take advantage of the several cozy cafes and restaurants that are in walking distance from the apartment. Looking at the view from the apartment's balcony to the river and the nice buildings, one feels part of a movie scenery. The apartment itself is super comfortable, well designed and decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary -and not only- things. Marco -the host- is very friendly and helpful. He was available to anything we needed and -at the same time- discreet. The welcome strawberries and wine was a great offer/surprise to us.

Our host Marco could not have been more helpful and kind. We loved our stay and will definitely return and stay at the RIVER RESIDENCE again, next time we would love to try one of the rooms with a balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfy beds and there was a bonus 'laundry room' which we had access to.
