Very friendly and attentive staff. The pool is nice and clean. Due to the general COVID-19 restictions we enjoyed several times the dinner in the hotel. The food was good, you have to try the dessert "Tortino tiepido di polenta integrale e mele 14 Gelato alla farina bona". The Castello Seeschloss is perfectly situated on the promenade and a picturesque city center which offers lots of small restaurants, bars and nice boutiques.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast was nice and mostly very healthy - you can eat outside, on the terrace, which is full of the sun in the morning: wonderful! Th dinners were nice as well - there are 2 different dining rooms in the hotel and also a terrace at the lake! You can watch the sunset while eating. Beautiful! You can also order the aperitif and drink it on the hotel tower, with a wonderful view! We really liked the bed - old style and beautiful piece of furniture! The staff was helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Dazu gabs noch einen kleinen Balkon mit direkter Seesicht. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant Al Lago bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Menu Gastronomique zu einem fairen Preis.
