The expertise of the Front Office. All members of staff who attended to us were very welcoming, genuine, friendly and attentive. The spa area is beautiful - well maintained
SuïssaEverything was perfect. The Front Office team was really great and we enjoyed a lot our stay, even if it was only for one night. The quality of the service was amazing (we had a litle gift waiting for us in the room as we were celebrating a birthday). The location is great (centre of the city) and the SPA is also really nice.

Available for dining, Jack’s Brasserie offers a combination of innovative modern cuisine and traditional dishes. Guests can also enjoy a delicious cocktail at the lobby lounge bar, the cigar lounge or on the Sky terrace. Breakfast is served in the Jack's Brasserie from 6:30 till 10:30 or to the room all day long. The rich Schweizerhof-Breakfast includes a buffet that can be complimented with the à la carte menu. All dishes are included in the Schweizerhof-Breakfast and are freshly prepared. The hotel also offers a surcharged early bird offer from 5:00 till 7:30 in the lobby bar.
The hotel offers valet parking at a surcharge with the possibility to charge electric cars for free.
Bern Railway Station is across the street and the main sights are easily reachable on foot. The Belp Airport can be reached in a 20 minutes' drive. Guests benefit from free public transport in Bern.

Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Friday 10.30 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.
Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.
Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 16:00 until 17:00 and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.
