The amenities, the food and the location are great, but the staff is amazing- both professional and very friendly. The view from the balcony was impressive. The hotel overall overcame my expectations so I will definitely return there and strongly advise.

And the view of the lake from the balcony was one of the most beautiful moments. I will choose the same hotel if I think of returning to Lugano, and I will recommend it to colleagues and friends.
