The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. As it was not high season we had a great view from our room and nice balcony. The dinner offered was great and the waiter knew his local wines. The hotel isn’t far from the cable car coming up from Morel. The sauna downstairs was perfect after a long randonnée!
United KingdomUnder the Covid situation, I won’t dream that we will have a decent Christmas feast. The staff here are so kind and passionate. The three-course meal is decent and tasty. They even offered special Christmas cookies for all of us. The hotel is close to everything, the cable car station, the ski car lift, the supermarket. Everything is perfect!!! It snowed on Christmas, a white Christmas! Amazing mountain view from the room

The chalet is recently renovated with beautiful wooden panels, the balconies and restaurant terrace opens to peaceful mountain view where your mind rests. Sauna was extremely well built, so soft heat landing on you shoulders - saying this by knowing the Finnish standards. :) Dinner in the restaurant was very nice, same with the breakfast.

Wir haben ein besseres Zimmer (ohne Aufpreis) bekommen, einfach nur weil es die Kapazitäten gab. Es war wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich würde es jedem Weiterempfehlen hier her zu kommen!
