The staff was very attentive and kind and quickly responded to all my needs. The breakfast by far was Extraordinary! All homemade omelettes, overnight oats with fruits that was so delicious and natural, fruits were all delicious, outstanding breakfast! And the lady that prepared the breakfast was spectacular, she was amazing! If you are looking for a clean, safe, great breakfast and good location in Old Town, look no further and book here now! The staff was so kind and courteous and helped me with all my needs quickly! By far a superior hotel! Worth staying here, you will not regret it! I loved that they had United States electrical plugs 220v that you could connect your hair appliances, you don’t need any electrical converter, they have it all in one updated electrical strip! Best amenity I have ever seen in any European hotel!

We had a 2 nights stay during our visit to Zurich. The location of the hotel absolutely brilliant and central, walking distance to all the good restaurants and bars around. Very close to the main train station. Karim at the front desk was particularly very helpful with recommendations and always up for a good chat. Definitely recommended!

I loved my stay at this hotel. My flight arrived really early in the morning and the hotel was able to accommodate a very early check-in -- thank you so much for that!! The rooms were comfortable with every convenience you should need. The rooms seemed to be much better insulated than most hotels I've stayed at which was much appreciated by this light sleeper! My friends who were staying on different floors/sides of the hotel mentioned that they could hear the church bells every night, but I never heard them from the room that I was in. Breakfast was amazing with many options. The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the main train station (which we did every day) and for exploring Zurich. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in town!
