Everything! I had an amazing time. The view of the lake was insane.
SwitzerlandWe had a room with a nice size balcony with a gorgeous view facing Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was very comfortable...well appointed, including complimentary drinks & chocolate in the bar fridge. Hotel was very close to Lake Lucerne. Staff was courteous & friendly and we had enjoyable conversations with several. Very walkable to local restaurants, town, ferry pier, etc. Really no complaints. Would definitely come back.

Brunnen and the hotel location, it's one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in Switzerland. They are pet friendly (however at an extra charge), our dog had for him waiting in the room the dog mat, bowl, dog towel and a few bags. The room we were assigned to looked as recently refurbished, so it was quite modern and in a nice style. We didn't hear people in other rooms or in the corridor, however the room itself (walls, doors?) didn't seem noise proof... In any case it was quiet enough to relax and enjoy. Breakfast was fresh with a sufficient variety on offer (just I was missing some freshly squeezed juices). The breakfast/dinner place and the SPA were also having fantastic views! It is a hotel with a great attention to detail and very friendly and welcoming staff.
SwitzerlandThe hotel did a free upgrade for us to a room with lake view, the view was magnificent! Bed was comfy and bathroom was big. Breakfast buffet was great with many varities, dinner also was very good. Spa was also very nice. The location was great near bus and ship stations to visit different landmarks (Rütli, Seelisberg, Rotenfluh, Rickenbach , Swiss forum museum) in the area there.

- I want to reserve a superior/executive lake view with a balcony room for 2 adults and a 9 year old child, but cannot find such an option. Can a bed be added to a 2 bed reservation in this configuration ?Please book an executive double room with lake view and balcony, there we can put an extra bed for the child.
