The location of the hotel was really great and walkable to the train stations. The hotel was modern and updated, and the rooms were very comfortable! The restaurant in the hotel was also a great value. The front desk staff were very helpful.

The hotel is a 6 minute walk from the Interlaken West train station, which was a plus for me as a solo traveller. My experience was the best. Upon arrival, I was presented with a map with all surrounding places and a complimentary bus pass for the city. The tourism center is less than a 2 minute walk to book any excursion, activities, or provide you with any information needed.

We travelled with our two adult sons and booked the family room. It had a living room with 2 couches and a balcony with chairs and a table. We had 2 bedrooms at either end of the living room. It was excellent! Breakfast is in a very fashionable room with a great variety of things to eat. The hotel is perfectly located in town, yet very quiet. We could not have been happier with our experience!
