SwitzerlandThe room was stunning. Stylish and cozy as it can get. Nice big bathtub too! Very romantic set up. The breakfast was simple but very good. The plus is the whisky bar to go after the ski day and shower, waiting to go in one of the many good restaurants around. Central position.

SwitzerlandSuperb little hotel, right on the river and in the nice (old) part of Andermatt. Beautiful old building which has been refurbished to a high level. Bedrooms and bathroom were stylish, confortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not only reception but, also the kitchen staff. Simple but excellent food and breakfast also made to order. A real treat.

SwitzerlandOur accommodations at the Boutique Hotel -- the River House was certainly unique for us--in a good way! The rooms were built in an old river house building that had been modernized in such a way to preserve the character but maintain the charm. We enjoyed it, and would be happy to stay there again! Our breakfast was great, and our overall experience was good. FYI, we walked to the hotel from the train station with our luggage. The streets of Andermatt are pretty easy to navigate, and the travel was not difficult, other than our needing to roll our suitcases over rough cobblestones.
