ThailandThe room was clean and bigger than most hotels I've stayed in Europe. Close to rail and Riverwalk as well as numerous restaurants. The staff was excellent. Sabrina and Rebecca were so helpful and spoke English perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful!
United States of AmericaThis is a cozy friendly hotel in old town Zurich close to the transportation centers, restaurants and attractions. Rooms are well appointed and decent sized for a property in the location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The free minibars and offer of wine in exchange for not having housekeeping service is a nice bonus. The breakfast is amazingly delicious and generous. Highly recommend.

United States of AmericaThe nicest and most helpful staff I have ever met during our trip, we were so grateful for her. The room also clean and nice, we love the little sitting nook beside the window, we have street view where we could see a cherry blossom tree from our room. Location also just in center, and very near from train station. The breakfast room is also nice, just like inside the cave, very cosy
IndonesiaThe location of the hotel was very good. Close to train station and metro/bus stops and close to grocery stores and plenty of food. The staff was also very helpful. The room itself was big enough for three people and the third bed was an actual bed, not a sofa bed. The windows let in plenty of light, making the room feel more spacious.

I had to explain I was traveling alone because my husband has recently died and when I became emotional she hugged me and calmed me, making me feel so much better. She also reserved a ticket to an exhibit at a nearby art museum that I wanted to see.
