It was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious, and the hot water was really hot (nr. 1 in Chile :) ). Breakfast was fine and included ham, cheese, bread, (no eggs,) jam, cereals, fresh fruites and various drinks. For one morning we asked it in a box in advance to be able to take it to a very early tour, and they packed a big portion of different kinds of foods. Public parking in front of the hotel was available and free.

We were supposed to arrive at 20:00 with Bus Becker, but unfortunately we ended up arriving 3 hours later at 23:00. Even though we weren't able to let her know we'd arrive late, she intuitively knew that we would come eventually and stayed late just for us. Amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful, everything clean and with nice decorations, and is perfectly located close to the center of Coyhaique. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and the shuttle service to the airport was arranged by the owner for us. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back there next time we're in Coyhaique. :-)
