Bed was comfy enough, room was very spacious with plenty of storage options and large bathroom with wonderful shower. Service was exceptional, food was incredible at both restaurants in the property, and the free breakfast was soo delicious and varied. Best place I’ve ever stayed. Location was super convenient to all the public transportation and the part of town was super cute and safe. Wonderful!!

The hotel is located just off a major thoroughfare. The hotel rooms were nice, not exceptional. What was exceptional was the restaurant, the food was interesting and very good. There was really no reason to look elsewhere for dinner, which is a major plus after a full day of touring. The staff was excellent, not many english speakers but it worked out well.

Rooms: the rooms are very comfortable. the bed was comfortable, good wifi, several usb outlets, and the shower had adequate water pressure. Breakfast: nice assortment of different foods including meats, cheeses, breads, granola, yogurts, and fresh fruits. At breakfast, other types of coffee aside from filtered coffee can be ordered in addition to eggs. No one specifically told me or asked me if I wanted to order anything else (I saw other people doing it). So, if you need something stronger than the weak filtered coffee that they serve, go for it. 😊 Outdoor patio/pool: There are a few lounge chairs that are set up by the pool where you can relax. It’s rather small but it never got too crowded. I spent a few hours relaxing the first day I arrived and enjoyed the warm sunshine.

Location is excellent in a modern, clean and most important, safe neighborhood of Santiago, close to a shopping center and excellent restaurants of all kinds. Breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. This hotel also counts with an outstanding chef and diener menu that can compete with the best retaurants around.

Everything was perfect - a beautiful place nested in a beautiful area in Santiago. You have nice places to go for a run in the proximity. The courtyard is a perfect place for relaxation.

Location was perfect. Nice safe area. Beautiful dining area inside or on covered patio. Breakfast was self serve with delicious fresh fruit, juices, cereals, meats/cheeses, pastries. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner.
