The staff were amazing and wonderful. The room was clean and fresh. The view was spectacular. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the arts district. The Free Breakfast was delicious and generous. We felt very well taken care of.

Each room has a little balcony and a beautiful view of different points of the city. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable. The staff in particular makes the place. Everyone was so friendly especially Miriam. <3 Additionally, we ate lunch at the restaurant, and it was great! Really recommend it.

SpainHistoric building with a lot of personality, super stylish with an interesting inner set up. The location is superb, and yes: it is above a tiny park were people party at night so it gets noisy. But partying at night IS Valparaiso, that is the soul of the town. Even if you weren’t staying at this particular hotel, you would still hear some parties happening. The staff is amazing, very polite, caring and attentive. The included breakfast was also excellent: great ‘pan amasado’ (typical Chilean bread - this one is fantastic!), filtered coffee, real orange juice, cold meats & cheese and scrambled eggs. Add the views and you will walk away with a smile. I will definitely recommend!
