Alfredo, the owner of the hotel, and his wife Patricia made us feel very welcomed, like part of the family. Breakfast was fantastic, especially Casa Conde eggs were excellent! Alfredo advised us to visit Santa Lucia park which we enjoyed very much. It was very quiet at night, and we had a restful sleep.

Extremely generous and hospitable owners, Alberto and Patricia. They welcomed us warmly and made us feel like family. We stayed in two rooms, both sizeable and beautifully (simply) decorated. The internet worked just fine. The room with the interior view was more quiet and better to sleep. The breakfast was good.

This building is truly beautiful and the whole neighborhood is full of amazing architecture that has been preserved. The rooms are comfortable with clean, modern (but small) bathrooms. The breakfast and room amenities are VERY generous. We loved our stay here. There are a few charming idiosyncrasies to be aware of though if you are used to American chain hotels The reception, common area and breakfast are on the third floor (no elevator). When you leave the hotel, you leave your room key with reception and then use WhatsApp or the door bell to get back in and retrieve your room key.

We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. If you are visiting from another country and want to get to know a spectacular and loving Santiago couple in a unique house in a truly iconic neighborhood, then this is for you. This a wonderful hotel managed by the most hospitable owner,Patricia!We needed some help and she made a lot for us! We travel a lot and to find such a clean and comfortable place is really a gift!Everything is so well organized, you have all you need.The building is a historic one and it makes you feel like you can touch the past. The bed and the pillows are comfy.The linen,the towels of different sizes are new and white. The breakfast is amazing!We liked the location as it is near the metro station.But still it is very quiet and you can sleep with an open window. Casa conde is a real gem!Thanks a lot for such a wonderful staying!

  • Hello! How many people does your king suite can accommodate? It shows 2 bedrooms with two king beds so I assume it should be good for three people but it also shows 2 people max.
    Hello Dear. The Superior Full Room (King bed) Has only 1 King bed, for 2 people. It could be good for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child under 11 years of age.
