Excelent location. The staff was very helpful and polite.

CanadaPerfect central location - making it super easy to get around for all of the sightseeing. Beautiful views and lots of great cafes, restaurants, bars, etc nearby. Comfortable room and bed and great shower pressure (this can really vary as you travel through South America so was greatly appreciated). Staff are all super helpful and friendly. They let us keep our bags there after check-in whilst we did some more exploring on the last day.

New ZealandFantastic location for strolling the hills of Cerro Alegre (With its English and other European-style houses), eateries and miradores, elevator just outside the hotel. Also walkable to Av Alemania, the prison-turned cultural center and coastal areas. My gf leaft a sweater in the lounge area but could recover it in the evening at reception. Nice view from the eating/breakfast area and some of the rooms.
