The staff is great, so nice to everybody, the breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and beautiful.
ChileThe staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The whole hostel is set up really nice, with great common areas and places to chill out. Breakfast every morning was amazing. In a quiet street, but a short walk to lots of restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here.
AustraliaWe stayed in private room and it was nicely designed, cozy, great size, and very clean. The staff is very friendly and the property is in a good location close to many restaurants and bars, as well as the funicular and other attractions. The hostel also has its own cafeteria and a cozy patio. We only stayed one nught but could've stayed here longer.

BrazilThe hostel is wonderful - the location is beautiful and the atmosphere is very comfy. The room was spacious and clean and had a very roustic-like decoration. The bathroom was also spacious and very lighted. The staff was caring, helpful and nice. The breakfast is delicious and they pack for you if you need to go out before the serving time. Value was OK - although a little expensive, as everything in Santiago.
