One of the best hotels in Santiago. Loved the pool/restaurant area and "oasis" feel. Staff was excellent throughout the hotel and restaurant. Spacious, clean, well-designed rooms w/ amazing views over the city and Andes from the higher floors. Nice breakfast. Also enjoyed the fact that there was a street nearby with many small restaurants and bars. Oh, and they also allowed us early check in which was great since we had just arrived overnight.

High quality cuisine in both restaurants opened at the time. Great location, walking distance from Parque Araucano, a great park to walk or just enjoy the sun and trees. Also 200 mts. from Parque Arauco mall where you can find the best shops in town.

ChileThe location of the hotel was great, room was very clean with a fantastic view. In the hotel there is a Japanese peruvian fushion restaurant called Matsuri, the food was exceptional and we would definitely go back again. Overall our stay was excellent and we would recommend this hotel and will definitely return when we travel back to Chile.
