Good location, nice and clean room. English speaking person on check-in. They helped us with printing some bus tickets. There is an underground parking just below the hotel with price per hour that doesn't belong to the hotel, but the hotel gives you a 50% off discount.

While the bus terminal area of Puerto Montt is not the safest or cleanliest, the hotel does a good job of maintaining adequate security, and the convenience fact of the hotel can't be beat! I came in on a bus and left from the airport, and the hotel's location and quality were top-notch. Great view of the sound from my bedroom too! :)
