This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were much nicer than I expected. I’d describe them as affordable luxury. The lodge, while not in the park, it’s very close to the park. Patrick and Karina were great hosts, prepared amazing food for breakfast and dinner, and we had a great time chatting with them and learning more about the place. I definitely recommend this place!

It was a beautiful cabin built in a wagon style, situated in a scenic meadow. The owner Patrick is a very smart and sweet person. He upgraded us to a cabin with kitchen facilities. This system runs on eco-basis. Power is by a generator. Patrick has a great system of indoor fire. The kitchen also has two gas burners which work with cartridges. Everything was very convenient. There was a free breakfast included with our stay. Patrick deserves huge credit. An additional bonus was seeing animals grazing on the property- horses, cows, sheep… all managed by Patrick’s dogs. The property is right at the southern entrance of the park. It’s a terrific place which added to our enjoyment of the park and we would gladly come back. We are recommending this property to friends and family.

This is a family run small lodge that offers simple cabins. The rooms are basic, but met our needs perfectly. We highly recommend this place for those who like it simple. They cooked us a delightful hearty Lamb dinner on one of the nights. Bring food to cook.

Location, location, location! While the rates are not cheap, they are a value compared to what else is available. You get an owner who will do everything it takes to make your stay comfortable and help you with any arrangements you might require with Torres del Paine NP. The park entrance is literally 5-6min away. I also visited here a year ago when no one else in the area was open. The owner lives here and treats everyone who stays like family.

The location was absolutely amazing with fantastic views. Patrick the host was extremely helpful with any request we had and got us in contact with people to do every activity we wanted. 10/10 would and will return again.

Wonderful owner who goes out of his way. I was the only guest as traveling is still a challenge because of Covid 19. The park is open and is wonderful as there are no crowds, or virtually anyone at all. I was upgraded to a cabin, and was treated like royality. Do to quarantine situation in Puerto Natales, I was unable to purchase any food to bring, but the owner had enough to feed me daily, and in wonderful fashion. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and is a wealth of knowledge for planning your adventures into Torres del Paine. The park entrance is less than a 5min drive from the property. The accommodations are very comfortable, and even Wi-Fi is available. You will be hard pressed to find a more accommodating host than you'll find here. Hope to return someday when the park is fully operational to get the additional adventures not taken this first time.

We have our own cottage and breakfast was served in a separate building. It is nice and cozy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I like that they prepared breakfast fresh just for us and it is not a buffet.

Location in Rio Serrano was perfect with beautiful views of the mountains over the river (especially for sunrise) and easy access to the park. The vibe at the Lodge was relaxed and very friendly and gives a taste of Chilean culture. Patrick was a wonderful host.

This place is a gem,I had such a beautiful stay! The staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to organise the transfers to the park. Liked sitting at the fireplace in the evening and chatting to others guests. Food is also good make sure you have dinner there!

This place is a gem. Sante and his aunts, Rosita and Cecilia, are such wonderful hosts. It feels like you’re staying with family. Cecilia even wrote us a recipe for pastel de choco. I looked forward to talking with them after our hikes each day And was so sad to leave. Sante also helped us plan all of our hikes and was a huge help in understanding all the park had to offer. Oh and the views from the property are breathtaking. 15 minutes to the Serrano entrance to the park and about an hour to base Torres. Perfect place to stay if you have your own car.
