The lodging here consists of a series of cozy cabins. It is in an excellent location, along the Rio Serrano in the Villa Serrano, very close to the main entrance of Torres del Paine National Park. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the home cooked dinners they make (for an extra, but quite reasonable, fee) are delicious.

The lodge is beautifully situated and very close to the park’s southern entrance. Patrick and his team are extremely nice and welcoming. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the area and a great source of information. The lodge is cozy and a perfect base for exploring (you will need your own transportation). Loved my stay at Konkashken!

Highly recommended! Patrick, a fabulous host, takes care of every detail and can solve any problem. (ANY problem!) He is highly experienced, professional and has a calm, genuine manner. We stayed on Christmas Eve and he hosted an incredible barbecue dinner for all the travelers. The surrounding area is stunning. Would return in a heartbeat!

The location is amazing - close to the entrance of the Torres del Paine National Park and to the Glacier Grey Navigation location. The personal service of the owner, Patrick, was far beyond our expectations. Due to challenges before arriving, we arrived at midnight instead of the late afternoon we had planned. But he met us with a smile and a warm drink and warm fire and made us feel very welcome. The next few days, Patrick continued to go above and beyond to help us with what to see in the park, what are the "can't miss" sites and how to find everything. He also far exceeded expectations in helping us with some tour operator challenges and translated for us. His knowledge, experience and willingness to help really helped us so much. We decided to stay an extra day and, although he was fully booked, he found accommodations for us. He was just so helpful that he made our whole trip better. We also had a vegan among us and he accommodated him very well too.

everything, especially the helpful and very friendly stuff.

Good location outside the National park with nice wooden cabin charm

This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms were much nicer than I expected. I’d describe them as affordable luxury. The lodge, while not in the park, it’s very close to the park. Patrick and Karina were great hosts, prepared amazing food for breakfast and dinner, and we had a great time chatting with them and learning more about the place. I definitely recommend this place!

It was a beautiful cabin built in a wagon style, situated in a scenic meadow. The owner Patrick is a very smart and sweet person. He upgraded us to a cabin with kitchen facilities. This system runs on eco-basis. Power is by a generator. Patrick has a great system of indoor fire. The kitchen also has two gas burners which work with cartridges. Everything was very convenient. There was a free breakfast included with our stay. Patrick deserves huge credit. An additional bonus was seeing animals grazing on the property- horses, cows, sheep… all managed by Patrick’s dogs. The property is right at the southern entrance of the park. It’s a terrific place which added to our enjoyment of the park and we would gladly come back. We are recommending this property to friends and family.

This is a family run small lodge that offers simple cabins. The rooms are basic, but met our needs perfectly. We highly recommend this place for those who like it simple. They cooked us a delightful hearty Lamb dinner on one of the nights. Bring food to cook.

Location, location, location! While the rates are not cheap, they are a value compared to what else is available. You get an owner who will do everything it takes to make your stay comfortable and help you with any arrangements you might require with Torres del Paine NP. The park entrance is literally 5-6min away. I also visited here a year ago when no one else in the area was open. The owner lives here and treats everyone who stays like family.
