I liked the room with the balcony better than the upgraded room. It was a little dark. Staff was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located to be close to all of tourist locations. great eateries close by to suit all budgets Hotel staff were super friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Tea making facilities in the room and a capsule coffee maker good toiletries supplied we were upgraded to a balcony room which was a lovely surprise rooftop bar and restaurant were great Breakfast included with a really good range of food from hot food to fresh fruit and pastries. we were here for 4 days and were very comfortable bed and bedding super comfortable

Everything about this hotel is wonderful - staff, architecture, location, terrace restaurant. Perfect for this time and place.

Wow! brick, wood, metals all make up the interior scheme. Old building was totally transformed to a very chic hotel. Friendly staff with a person who spoke English always around. They quickly got us in to quarantine. Room was quiet and upscale stylish. The terrace bar on the roof was great!

The room was big and comfortable. The food from restaurant was great. The staff was friendly.

Hotel was modern but kept much of the old architectural style. Rooms were fantastic. Very comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked well. On-site restaurant was convenient and the food was great. Free breakfast was also very good. Super helpful staff. Centrally located made it easy to walk to many attractions in city.

The hotel itself is a charmingly restored historic mansion in a cute neighborhood in Santiago. Best of all, they are completely attuned to meeting the needs of travelers dealing with pandemic rules and restrictions. They will keep you comfy and fed while waiting for your quarantine to end. They will try to get your room ready if you are arriving early and if not possible, they have a waiting area for you until it is. We had a balcony room which was a bonus during our short confinement. We had a sort of tapas lunch via room service which was delicious. The rooftop bar was charming and a great place for evening cocktails.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff went above and beyond every chance they got. Don’t be deceived by the neighborhood, my girlfriend and I walked around without problems. We felt very safe. This hotel deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Beautiful, modern hotel, great location and very comfortable room. Loved the rooftop bar. Front desk personnel were very helpful and spoke English. Very nice breakfast with good coffee included in price. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were so pleased to find the location so central. We walked 9 1/2 miles one day, and 7 the next, seeing everything we wanted to see. Staff was friendly and helpful, ordering a taxi twice. Unique!! Loved it!
