The hotel has a very original design of high quality and has a nice atmosphere. Quality of the personnel at reception, cleaning and wellness is excellent! Quality of food served very good. An incident (water flooding of ceiling) caused by an “upper neighbour” was really solved very quickly and professional!!

Outstanding hotel and service....unique setup in an early times meat can plant of Patagonia...very very nice and memorable experience...definitely deserves the title Leading Hotel of the World....nearly best hotel I've ever stayed with my family .... the only thing is....you need to afford it....1000 US Dollar per night for a couple with 2 kids is quite a lot.... but we left aftet 3 nights even with a very positive attitude...👍😃
