The staff is super nice, the hotel is new, rooms are roomy and comfortable, location is great. They have a nice bar, a terrace and pool, and huge parking. I will come back in the summer with them family for sure.

Location was safe and pleasent within walking distance to metro, small super market and restaurants.The staff were very helpful and friendly! The breakfast considerably improved from the first part of my stay to the second. Would have like liked a few more healthy options like yoghurts without colourings and fresh juices without sugar but that is a personal thing.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, although a bit slow during checkout. I expect this will improve with time, as everyone is still somewhat new in their jobs. The facilities are great - it opened just a few months ago, in Oct 2019 -so everything is new and clean. I did not try the pool, but it looks nice. Around the pool is a nice outdoor space where you can hang with your friends / colleagues at night no problem. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are modern design, huge windows (lots of light, with blackout curtains if you prefer), with fancy bathrooms and fixtures. The area is quiet and safe, although that can be both good and bad - it’s about a 15-20 min walk to get to restaurants, bars, shopping. I thought the breakfast was quite satisfactory, but some of my colleagues complained about the runny eggs.

The hotel offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The decoration is eclectic, modern and clean lines. The location is in a good neighborhood, safe and two blocks away from The Providencia Avenue that is pretty convenient to find taxis. The room was confortable, excellent bed, super clean bathroom with a nice rain shower.
