Cool design, clean and cozy rooms, very very nice shampoos and soaps (I would have bought for myself if not carrying a 10kg backpack), fantastic breakfast and superb hosts. There’s nothing else you could have asked for :)

The owners (Nela and Carlos) are excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome, gave us advice on hikes we wanted to do in the Nat’l Park, and tried to help us arrange other activities we were interested in. When we needed to leave early in the morning, they were even kind enough to pack us a to-go breakfast. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. The room itself is very comfortable, has a nice shower, and good wifi. Highly recommend staying here!

By far, one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. The place is charming, room was very comfy and clean - especially in the tricky covid19 context - breakfast was delicious, the owners Nela & Carlos are always ready to share their tips and stories about Cochrane and the beautiful Aysen region, and cherry on the cake there is even a strong free wifi in case you want to stay connected. Oh and I almost forgot that every room has its own chimney ready to be fired up, to warm you while falling asleep. This is truly this ultimate paradise. I would recommend it 100% !!

Main thing was how friendly and welcoming the hosts were! Breakfast and the room were great but that is what really made it for us. They gave great recommendations of what to do in town and in the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our trip so far.
