Great hotel! The room was small but everything worked, and it was very clean. They very helpfully held our suitcases for five days for free while we went hiking. I would stay here again.

we had a double bed in a private room and the bed was SUPER comfy. the Hester worked well and we were right next to a bathroom. overall it was great.

we were late for check in due to delayed bus trip and somebody was waiting for us till midnight to check us in. Also we missed our check out a few hours and the host was understandable and we were able to extend our stay and keep the room without any turbulences. Very friendly and welcoming staff :)

Great location, close to bus terminal and the center, with a nice cozy home-like feeling. Staff is always there to help you with a big smile on their face. The view from the living room/terrace is wonderful, hot showers worked great and rooms were warm and welcoming, which felt pretty good after arriving from the cold, windy outside. Breakfast is from dawn, so you surely can't miss it due to leaving early. You can't cook but the kitchen besides the fridge and coffee machine has microwave and a kettle, which is enough to get warm food. And you can leave your luggage there for multiple days as long as you're away trekking in Torres del Paine. Thanks a lot for everything!

The price was right for this comfortable B&B. Common room on 2nd floor has gorgeous views. Good breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, yogurt, coffee. Very nice staff, and Cristian will also act as a taxi at good prices.

Clean and pleasant. Rooms were spacious. Mary the host was very pleasant and helpful. Inexpensive and a good value. About 10 minute walk from the center of town. there are closer places but it wasn’t a big deal.
