I like this property a lot! The staff is very friendly and helpful including the cleaning staff. I needed to come back to Shanghai to pick up my daughter’s new passport but didn’t realize her visa expired along with the old passport. So, we had to leave a day sooner to handle this situation. Green Court’s staff were very understanding of our dilemma!
United States of AmericaThe staffs are very polite, kind and response requirement quickly. Hotel breakfast changes menu every day and have eastern and western styles. The food quality is excellent! Room is comfortable with little kitchen which is good for longer stay. The bathroom has bad airflow. Smell mould. It located in a convenient location to shopping, sightseeing area and transportation. It is a nice choice to stay.
