Language was never an issue there was always stuff who could help. The service was great. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. There were a lot of different pools and they offered toys for the kids to play on the pool and at the beach. They also had a big program for kids. There was an inside and outside playground. The breakfast was amazing. Chinese as well as western style. There were also different restaurants in the hotel.
