Equatorial is an older hotel in the center of Shanghai that has been popular among foreigners on business. The facilities are comprehensive and location is excellent.

Great hassle free hotel, spacious well equipped room, very quiet, although located by the elevated road just 10min walk from heart of French concession. Just across the entrance there is a stop of trolleybus that will take you directly to the Bund for a night walk. very convenient hotel shuttle to the Pudong airport. Ideal swimming pool with perfectly heat water. Reception staff very attentive and helpful. I’ve decided to look at the room before I booked it and Sunny Wang welcomed me and thanks to her professionalism I decided to stay in the hotel for two weeks. Another reception manganese Angel Zhang was also extremely helpful in assisting me with my daily issues.
