The food here was varied, well-cooked and all round wonderful. We loved the buffet restaurant, especially the fresh fish counter and the Chinese area where the friendly chefs whizzed up really tasty local noodle dishes for us on request. The breakfast choice is vast and the western-style bacon is as perfectly cooked as the Chinese baozi. Cleanliness is Hyatt-high. The rooms are exceptionally well-appointed (with ironing boards and decent hairdryers). Staff are super-warm, helpful and speak good English. The pool is big, perfect for swimming lengths, and the jacuzzis (separated by gender) are decently-sized. There's also a good gym.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Jinmao. There was a range of activities at the hotel that the kids loved. The staff were all very helpful. The buffet breakfast was great - a good selection and fresh.

Beautiful hotel with landscaping that blew my mind. The service provided by the hotel manager, Lancelot, was exceptional. He went beyond his call of duty to patiently explain & suggest our tour itinerary, giving helpful suggestions to facilitate a seamless tour. He left instructions with the desk to ensure a smooth execution of our preferred itinerary. The hotel is situated in a quiet and classy neighbourhood with quaint eateries at the lifestyle hub next door. Try Grandma's Kitchen for affordable western cuisine that is surprisingly pretty well-executed.

Firstly, the staffs are all friendly. Most of them could speak english. The bellman even have a car which is able to bring you around. Secondly, the breakfast has a wide spread and were all tasteful along with the beautiful and big exterior which faces the mountain. Thirdly, the facilities were all built for both summer and winter with tons of equipment for your usage. Lastly, the room, the area and the entrance are built exactly what it is for which is to make it look grand. The downpoint of distance is like a double-edged sword so it depends on your preference (feeling grand or easy access)

The hotel meets my expectation for a hotel of this class. Room size was good. Big and spacious. My room comes with a balcony where I had a partial view of the snow mountain. Breakfast spread was good too. Tried the massage in the hotel. Price is slightly on the high side but is expected so no complains. Wanted to try the heated swimming pool but didn't have my swimming cap (which is a requirement in China) with me, so had to give it a miss as it is not worth to buy one from the hotel just to use the pool.
