The steam bath was a welcome treat after a day's sight-seeing. The staff at the reception communicate with us in English so we didn't not have a hard time asking directions on the places we want to see. We like the room amenities and appreciate it a lot that the room was always kept cleaned.

Puerto RicoPulling up to this property let me know I made the right choice. The doorman took my bags right away. Checking in was easy and when I got to my apartment it was very clean with everything I needed and didn’t think of. The property is located close to Parc Central which is a beautiful mall with a movie theatre. The staff gets 5 stars. I love the Oakroom restaurant, it was my go to when I had been out all day and haven’t really ate anything. The staff even celebrated my birthday with me. They put balloons on the table and ring me Cale and ice cream with a candle as well as a rose and a crown. They made me feel like a queen for a day. I will definitely be coming here every time I visit to Guangzhou.
United States of AmericaI have stayed here before. What delighted me this time was the lobby. I had to wait for 3-4 hours after checkout to take a taxi to the airport. The lobby was extremely comfortable with high ceiling, nice air conditioning and wide sofa.
