It was match better than expected. Really nice rooms, beautiful garden, quiet environment close to the beach. Staff does not speak English but with a translator app you can communicate. They are nice and helpful beyond mandatory. There are some good restaurants nearby and a small shop direct at the entrance. Sanya centre is quite far away but you can take the bus (number 26, it runs parallel the beach, bus station is direct by the rear exit of the hotel, 2 yuan) which gets you there in 20 minutes.
