i don’t usually do reviews but this hotel literally deserve it .. i spent 6 night in this hotel and in my opinion this hotel is the 2ed top hotels in sanya after the Sanya edition.. for the price it’s top hotel in sanya .. the swimming pool was warm and nice day and night .. room was clean and comfortable bed .. the decoration is nice, modern & perfect .. the children play room is very good well designed and safe for the kids .. the staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was very very nice and so many options.. i do really recommend it and i will definitely stay here again

We loved hotel’s amenities, it’s attention to detailed design and eco-friendly system. The service from the staff was great during our stay! A day prior to our arrival I received a call from the customer service, Rebecca, and she asked us our preferences for the room, so she could prepare ahead and later asked if I could be added on wechat, which to be honest I hesitated for a second, but didn’t regret it since she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making our stay even more memorable!

Special thanks to Pearl Woo and her team for a delicious dining experience, Evan and Ann and all the rest of the staff for great service. The overall service attitude of this hotel was magnificent. Our room was clean, well equipped and with great soundproofing. Enjoyed the overall architecture and eco-friendliness of the hotel, the amenities and the entertainment at Seedlings for our child. The Sky Pool itself was a highlight, with the resident mermaid trainer Jessy Джэсси官方认证抖森夫人 who made the stay extra special for us.

This hotel is located near the beach with great facilities and nearby duty free shopping. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the staff was amazing. During my stay Ann who works in the front office went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Lena and Pearl who both work in the restaurant were phenomenal as well. I will definitely stay at this place again.
