1. The staffs were very helpful in answering my inquiries about their airport shuttle service. The reservation team had great communication skills and great customer service. 2. The hotel room I stayed was fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. All the appliances were available as advertised.
CambodiaThis hotel exceeded my expectation IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT. Arrived at around 10pm with their free pick-up service, staff were so friendly during check-in and arranged a room away from elevator per my request. At the time hotel restaurant was already closed, but to my surprise they managed to serve late-light snack for guests arriving late! What's more, after I entered my room the staff delivered welcome fruit platter in person. Within the room there was a movie projector, comfy bed and a decent balcony where you can watch planes landing and taking off, and the soundproof with the balcony door and window closed was amazing as well. Early next morning the staff packed my breakfast and I made it on time with the onward flight again with free airport drop-off service. It is these little things that distinguish an average hotel from an exceptional one, and I must say, well done to you guys!
