The value of this handle is $55.000COP per guest. This amount must be paid directly at the reception of the building at the time of Check-In and is not included in the value of the reservation or in the additional charges.

2. The RESERVA DEL MAR Condominium requires that we send the name and ID number of all guests before beginning the reservation; For this reason, and to avoid any problems at the time of Check In at the reception, our guests must send all the required information, which will be requested once the reservation is confirmed.

3. Visitor policy: Visitors are NOT allowed in the building or in the apartment according to building regulations.

4. Once the guest registration email has been sent to the building administration, the day before your respective Check-In, it is not possible to add guests to the reservation, according to the building's internal regulations.

5. Once you have checked out of the apartment, you must check out in the building; you cannot use the amenities, according to the internal regulations of the Reserva del Mar Building.
