The staff is very attentive and professional and the atrium is beautiful. I like that it's not a huge hotel and although located in a busy area during the day, the atrium and the swimming pool area are relaxing (take earplugs just in case). Breakfast is good (great guacamole) and the ceasar salad in the bar also very good! The prices are very fair for Cartagena. The staff will help you in getting a taxi, booking tours (they have some agreements).

Spacious and comfortable room. we were in one of the duplex rooms with a half-bathroom downstairs and a 3/4 bathroom (shower) upstairs. great location within the lovely neighborhood of Getsemaní and within a ten minute stroll to the ciudad antigua of Cartagena as well as the takeoff spot for our catamaran trip. the staff was friendly and always willing to respond quickly to any problems/concern. Nice, refreshing rooftop pool. Quality breakfast with lots of fruit and croissants, eggs and sausage and fresh juices. Taxis were easy to get and it was a short drive to the airport. Outstanding in every way.

I love the feel of the hotel. the lobby, court yard and rooms were nice. I had a little balcony. The shower was on the smaller side and the water pressure was a bit low. water also takes a second to get warm enough for showering.
